No. Each client keeps their existing support@ address and simply forwards it to a private Boridesk inbox we generate. Their customers only ever see your client's brand — never Boridesk.

Is each client's data really kept separate?

Yes. Every client company is fully isolated — its own inbox, branding, portal and reporting. One client can never see another's tickets or data.

How long does setup take?
